Findo is a visual styling application that allows users to transform uploaded images into multiple editorial-style fashion outputs.
To provide this functionality, certain data must be processed. This Policy explains what data is handled, how it is used, and the safeguards applied throughout the Service.
We follow strict data minimization principles and process only what is necessary to operate the Service.
· Images uploaded by users
· Style selections or transformation inputs
· Generated images
· Messages sent for support or inquiries
· Device type and operating system version
· App usage logs and interaction data
· Crash reports and diagnostic information
· Network and performance data
Temporary identifiers may be used solely for system stability and debugging purposes. These identifiers:
· Are not used for advertising
· Are not linked across services
· Do not enable tracking or profiling
All data described above is processed exclusively to provide and maintain the functionality of the application.
Data handled by Findo is used strictly for operational purposes, including:
· Generating stylized outputs based on user input
· Delivering generated images to users
· Maintaining system reliability and performance
· Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
· Providing user support
· Preventing misuse of the Service
We do not use data for:
· Training or improving AI models
· Advertising or marketing
· Behavioral profiling or tracking
· Data resale or commercial distribution
User content is never reused beyond fulfilling the specific request.
All image processing is conducted within Findo-controlled infrastructure.
· Processing occurs exclusively within internal systems
· No external AI providers, APIs, or third-party AI services are used
· User content is processed only to generate requested results
· Processing is temporary and session-based
· Content is not retained for training or secondary analysis
No user images or prompts are shared with any external AI model providers.
User data is not transmitted to any external APIs, third-party models, or remote AI processing services.
Uploaded images may contain human faces. However, Findo does not process face data as a separate category.
· Images are processed as complete visual inputs
· No facial recognition is performed
· No biometric analysis is conducted
· No facial templates, embeddings, or identifiers are created
· No identity inference or verification occurs
Findo does not collect, store, analyze, or share any facial or biometric data.
All intermediate processing data is deleted immediately after processing is completed.
Findo does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.
We do not:
· Share uploaded or generated images
· Provide data to external AI services
· Allow independent third-party access to user content
We may rely on infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting services) solely to operate the Service.
These providers:
· Act strictly on behalf of Findo
· Do not receive user data as independent data controllers
· Cannot access, use, or process user content outside of strictly controlled service execution
· Do not use data for advertising, profiling, or AI training
All data remains under the exclusive control of Findo at all times.
We retain data only for as long as necessary:
· Uploaded images: deleted after processing
· Temporary processing data: removed immediately
· Generated images: stored temporarily for user access
· Users can delete generated content at any time, after which it is permanently removed without retention
· Support communications: retained up to 6 months
· Technical logs: retained up to 12 months
Deleted data is removed or irreversibly anonymized within a reasonable timeframe.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including:
· Encrypted data transmission
· Access control mechanisms
· System monitoring and anomaly detection
While no system can guarantee absolute security, we continuously improve our safeguards.
Depending on infrastructure location, data may be processed outside the user’s country. Appropriate safeguards are applied to ensure protection.
Depending on applicable laws, you may:
· Request deletion of your data
· Request access to stored data
· Withdraw consent
· Submit inquiries regarding data handling

Findo is intended for users aged 17 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data is identified, it will be promptly deleted.
This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in functionality or legal requirements. Updated versions will be made available within the application.
Before using the Service, users are provided access to this Privacy Policy within the application.
By choosing to upload an image or use any processing features, users acknowledge and agree to the data handling practices described in this Policy.
Data processing occurs only when the user actively initiates an action (such as uploading an image or requesting a transformation).
If a user does not agree with this Policy, they should not use the Service.
